My first camping trip at ECP

Okay, the photos are finally up le.... no more hiccups from my pc.

My first camping trip out of school. It was the first time i had seen so many tents all pitched up at ECP as everyone was trying to celebrate New Year away from the countdown parties in town. I thought we had brought too many stuffs to ECP consider we are staying only for 1 nite but you should see what the others had brought. There were portable stoves that they used to whip up a dinner, thermal flask to brew their tea, kopi and milo, magazines to kill time, a few tents pitched up which acted as the sleeping quarters, leisure space and even a sheltered area to cook their food. These people are probably the regulars campers there.

For us, we spent the whole afternoon playing chinese checkers which i lost miserably to Mr bunny after he discovered a strategy to beat me. I was so fed up that i banned him from using the method ... hahah... i always won him by a step before that. hmmmph

Dinner consisted of carrot cake and chicken rice which we ate them sitting on the bench and enjoying the sea breeze. It was a chilly night since it was drizzling off and on during the day.

Both of us was pretty tired when we heard the sirens of the distant container ships alerting us to the start of a brand new year. Cheers and claps were heard outside the tent which brought us out and we started lighting our fireworks. It was only a few minutes just before the new year began, Mr Bunny proposed to me. What a pleasant way to end the year 2005..
