Lend a helping hand ba.....

Always see this young man near my office. I dont know whether he is young or not actually, maybe perhaps he is overly skinny. He walks with a very bad limp, or should i say his whole right leg is twisted when he walks. Hence, he needs the help of his clutches all the time.

Everyday during lunchtime, he will lie at the entrance of Clifford Centre Shopping Centre and hope that some kind-hearted soul will throw him a dollar or two. Ya, he is begging. Im not really the kind to donate to beggers but then when i see them sitting on one corner of the floor, i cant help but feel pity for them. Of course, there will be people who will raise their hands in protest as these so-called beggers can actually get a job and earn their own living. However, i guess not everyone is as lucky as us who can find a job easily. Perhaps, its not because they do not want to work but are there people who are willing to give them a chance?

There will always be people who are more unfortunate than us. Perhaps its time i give a little helping hand to who in need. By the way, my horoscope for this year says, i should be doing more charity work... HA
