Updates
Its has been a busy month for me especially after the 2 holidays at the end of the year. The holiday season kindda reduced the momentum to work. The result-i have alot of backlog to clear and is still clearing.
I have tried to steer clear of my AM time to time and i think she seems to know that i am not happy with her trying to "tai ji" everything to me. Now, when she instructs me to do something, she is all so polite and she does not target me for certain tasks.
Had our quarterly meeting yesterday, this time i was targeted by M to report on some work instead. Sigh... After my colleague who left last year, i seemed to have much more responsibilities than before. Frankly, i am not ambitious and do not want to climb the corporate ladder. Im just so happy doing my job. So why cant they just leave me alone?
The assistants turned to me when they encountered problems with system, with their spreadsheet, with this with that as my other 2 colleagues are not v saavy with excel. (huh... as if im very expert in it)
At times, when we have to do reporting on the classes during meetings. One of them will keep asking me how to read the statistics and stuff. Come on... you have been in the industry longer than i and in addition, you studied insurance in poly, you should know it better. Not that i dont want to teach her, its just very surprising.
Enough of work..
